We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Electrician with a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience. As a Lead Electrician, you will be responsible for overseeing various electrical projects across commercial, residential, solar, agricultural, and other sectors.
Requirements/Qualifications
- •Journeyman certification preferred
- •Willingness to consider apprentices or individuals with 2-4 years of high-level experience
- •Strong leadership skills to lead crews and projects effectively
- •Proficient in reading blueprints
- •Self-starter with proactive problem-solving abilities
- •Team player capable of following leadership directions
- •Punctual and reliable with strong communication skills
- •Customer-oriented with professionalism and courtesy
- •Basic organizational and computer skills
- •Ability to lift 50lbs+
- •Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7am to 3:30pm, with occasional weekends and overtime
- •Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- •Positive attitude is a non-negotiable requirement
